Christiana is a graduate of the college of Physical Education and Sports Science of Athens and she specialized in athletics. Moreover, she is qualified couch of Tae Kwon DO and Indoor Cycling.
She was a professional athlete of Tae Kwon Do with distinctions in a national and international level. Also, she was a member of the national team of Tae Kwon Do (WTF).
Christiana has a work experience as a personal trainer and she speaks Greek and English.
