Valia studied Physical Education &Sport Sciences at the Democritus University of Thrace. After her graduation, she gets a diploma as a yoga instructor and personal trainer.
She works as a yoga instructor since 2015 at the biggest fitness centers in Crete and Athens.
She speaks Greek & English
