Evi graduated from the college of Physical Education and Sports Science of Athens and she specialized in rhythmic gymnastics. Moreover, she continued her education and she became a qualified instructor of Pilates and indoor cycling. From 2011 she is working as a personal trainer.
She was a national champion (2004-2007) of canoe - kayak and she participated in international competitions. She speaks Greek & English
